Replace the legacy docs.dospay.co.uk link with a plain reference to the sibling notices: there is no URL that resolves on all three surface kinds, because web serves /legal/<slug>, the console hub /legal/<brand>/<slug> and the portal a single combined page, and the public render passes an empty docs index so an xref renders unresolved rather than as a link. Also adds the missing "to" in the virus disclaimer. Coordination note: PR #6240 (claude/affectionate-goldberg-y9csz4, active in the merge slot) retires docs.dospay.co.uk with a 301 map sending notice URLs to www.dospay.co.uk/legal/<slug>. That catches inbound links from elsewhere and is complementary to this change rather than a substitute: a notice body served on the scheme site should not reach a sibling notice by redirecting a reader onto dospay's host, which is why this names the notices instead of linking them.

Every other statement of the permission in the estate already says 1041318. FRN change only; the legacy docs.dospay.co.uk link and the missing "to" in the virus disclaimer are left for their own passes.
