They also cover our AI assistant connector, described in section 20.+1.1. These terms tell you the rules for using any of the websites on the **dosandco.com**, **dfo.io** or **dospay.co.uk** domains, or any sub-domains of those domains (referred to below as ‘**sites**’).### 2. Who we are and how to contact us⋯2.2. We are a limited company.−2.3. To contact us, please use the [contact form on our website](https://www.dospay.co.uk/contact).+2.3. To contact us, please use the [Contact form here](https://www.dosandco.com/contact).### 3. By using our sites, you accept these terms⋯9.2. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.−9.3. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us using the [contact form on our website](https://www.dospay.co.uk/contact) or by telephone on +44 20 4572 6303.+9.3. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us using the [Contact Form on this website](https://www.dosandco.com/contact) or by telephone on +44 203 167 8727.### 10. Which country's laws apply to any dispute?⋯19.2. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.−### 20. Using an AI assistant with our services−−20.1. Where we offer it, you may connect a third-party AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) to our services through our connector. Using the connector is optional. Anything you can do through it, you can also do on our website or through your usual channels with us.−−20.2. The assistant is not ours. It is supplied by its provider under the provider's own terms. We are not responsible for what the assistant says, recommends or summarises, for whether it interprets your instructions correctly, or for how its provider handles information once we have sent it to the assistant at your request.−−20.3. Assistants can make mistakes. Your account records on our website and our written communications to you are the authoritative record. Do not rely on an assistant's description of a balance, status or deadline without checking it against our records.−−20.4. The assistant can only reach your records after you sign in with us and grant it access. Once you have granted access, you are responsible for the instructions the assistant sends using that access as if you had sent them yourself, unless you tell us that the access has been misused.−−20.5. Some actions, such as submitting a declaration or opening an account, only take effect once you approve them through a link we email to you. Nothing in your compliance record changes until you approve it. Only approve a draft you have read and agree with.−−20.6. The connector does not move money, never returns full bank details, and cannot change your contact or bank details.−−20.7. Keep your email account secure, because that is where we send sign-in codes and approval links. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your access. You can disconnect an assistant at any time, in the assistant's own settings or by contacting us.−−20.8. We may suspend or withdraw the connector, or revoke any assistant's access, at any time, including where we suspect misuse or need to protect you or other users.−−20.9. Your rights and our obligations under the terms of the product or scheme you use with us, including in relation to money we hold, are not reduced by anything in this section.−v1.4current

v1.3
7 Oct 2026Text unchanged. Republished so the Cash Deposit Manager copies link to doscdm.com/contact (per-site contact page, doslabuk/compliance#6489).
No textual changes vs v1.2.
v1.2
6 Oct 2026Contact routes, so a notice sends its reader to the brand they are reading. Clauses 2.3, 9.3 and 18.7 each linked a hard-coded www.dosandco.com/contact, which sends a scheme or portal reader to another company's website; they now use the contact_url token, which resolves to the brand's own /contact page. Owner decision 6 Oct 2026 that each brand website carries one. Clause 9.3 also stated "+44 203 167 8727", which is on no brand record and nowhere in the codebase, in the clause telling a reader their credentials may be compromised. It now uses the support_phone token, and every brand holds a line as at 6 Oct 2026 (owner-confirmed: DOS & Co. +44 20 4572 7258, dospay +44 20 4572 6303, UKRDS +44 20 3835 4487, UKSFES +44 20 3828 7596; Estate Account Service takes dospay's line, and HQR Ski, LeifBridge, PRIMECON and Propify take DOS & Co.'s). Wording approved by the owner before drafting. "on our website" replaces "on this website" and "on the sites": the notice renders on six web sites, the portals and the console hub, so the old wording named the wrong place everywhere but one. NOT PUBLISHABLE YET, deliberately. contact_url is registered INACTIVE until the resolver that derives it is deployed (doslabuk/compliance#6308), and the publish gate refuses a body using an inactive token, so this draft cannot go out half-resolved. Activate the token after that merges, then submit this for approval. support_phone is already active and resolves for all nine brands. AI assistant connector (7 Oct 2026, owner request): new section 20 covering the connector, needed for the AI assistant directory listings, and clause 1.1 now scopes the terms to the brand's own website via the website token rather than naming only dosandco.com, dfo.io and dospay.co.uk, which left the scheme and CDM sites outside their own terms.
